Timewarp Music is proud to present the second ep from Mr. Gagun. A new exciting project from producer and composer Pedro Ortuno Benito from Spain.
The track “Set you off” combines female vocals with a soulful blend into today's nu funk style, full brasses hits and stabs and broken breaks featuring great vocals from Alejandra Barella. The Ep comes out with five remixes of the his great tunes Set you off as a sequel of Mr Gagun's first ep under the same name.
The EP opens with the extended version of the original work. Now the track is more suitable for dj's for better and easier mixing!
Guy Gomez re-constructs the song with a nu disco flavour style with elegant synth lines and hooks, old school retro beats and laser blast fx and sounds to bring out a totally 80's sound, its time to disco!
Saul Wolf remixes the song with broken beats and 2step rhythms. Nujazz style and electronica basslines transforms the song into a great broken theme.
Van Rubi is giving a full house re-construction of the song with nice chords and great rhythms and percussion with classic soul foul techniques for club use.
Nitrobass & q-rro of the madfunk collective remixes the song with deep beats & breaks altogether combined with broken beat and nujazz philosophy and funky attitude.
