Flatwound is the combined vision of multi-instumentalist and composer Chris Soulos and DJ/Producer Jack Prest. Drawing on their influences reaching Hip Hop, Techno and Jazz, the pair have create a unique sound that hits hard the way modern production should, while maintaining the integrity and soul of classic recordings of the past.

Having recently released their debut album "Super Space Dope Funk" to critical acclaim, Flatwound have garnered airplay and press coverage from around the country (Triple J, Novanation, MOS Radio) and grabbed the attention of internationally renowned taste makers such as Cosmo Vitelli, Faze Action, AGFA and DCUP.

From this album Timewarp selected two great tracks and signed those to release this special new EP with support of remixes from Valique and Timewarp inc. Funky breaks with house and Disco grooves are blended well on this release. The remixers gave their musical taste and talent over Flatwound's tunes with a dance-floor concept and always in the quality and taste for all nu-disco and nu-funksters out there.

Flatwound - Again Kick Junior will be available in October 20th for sale in special edition CDR and digital download at timewarpstore and all mp3 retailers across the internet.
