Downstair Project is Rudi Ludwig and Gerhard Schwarz from Nuremberg / Germany. Their very first EP with Timewarp Music, Bulletproofingers is a funky groove project with a catchy country glimpse on the background. Their good friend Jayl Funk participates with a remix that presents a completely different track.

Bulletproofingers (original mix) is a funky based tune with a lot of influence from rare groves. The detuned funk rock vocals match perfectly to the fun groovy style of the rest of the track. The set up is based on live instruments, giving a feeling of a live band making a dirty and funky appearance.

Bulletproofingers (Jayl Funk remix). Jayl Funk presents a completely new track. More elegant and stylish, taking away that rare groove attitude. The result is a more funky mashup of the original tune for the dance floor. give it a break!
